- งานบันทึกเอกสารการรับของเข้าระบบ SAP ของใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสารอื่นๆที่ต้องคีย์เข้าระบบของแผนก
- บันทึกรับโอนจากสำนักงานใหญ่
- ตรวจสอบสต็อกอะไหล่
- รวบรวมใบกำกับภาษีในการสั่งซื้อและการส่งซ่อม ส่งแผนกบัญชี
- คีย์ตัด-จ่ายใบเบิกอะไหล่ และใบเบิกพัสดุ
- คีย์ตัด-จ่ายสินค้าพรีเมี่ยม
- คีย์รับตัดจ่ายน้ำมันในระบบ C-trix ประจำวัน
- ตรวจสอบยอดเบิก-จ่าย แก๊สประจำวัน
- ขายวัสดุเหลือใช้ในโรงงาน
- ทำงานเอกสารด้านเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมต่างๆของแผนก
- งานอื่นๆ
วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ : 0-3 ปี
มีความรู้และทักษะ
- ด้านการบัญชี,ด้านการจัดการบริหารระบบบัญชีทั่วไป
- ความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ มีทักษะด้าน Data Analytics&Digital ใช้ AI,Power Platformหรือเครื่องมือด้านเขียนโปรแกรมเพื่อพัฒนาระบบงานลดขั้นตอนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรู้ระบบ ISO, HACCP, GMP, TPM
