Assistant Manager, Online Customer Experience

Role and Responsibilities
Ensure all digital platforms are responsive, user-friendly, fast-loading, and SEO / ASO-optimized
Drive marketing campaign & collaborate with designers, marketers, “RHQ” developers to implement new features and functionality via campaign publishing.
Conduct regular QA testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
Manage 3rd-party integrations, plugins, APIs, GTM, Floodlight and tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and app development frameworks
Quality Assurance, the shop app features, functionalities and content accuracy.
Schedule projects, resources and reports.
8. Collaborates with cross-functional with the development of the shop app in both the regional and local.
Skills and Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in eCommerce app operation, marketing, and service planning.
Experience in customer experience, user experience enhancement projects.
Exceptional interpersonal skill and teamwork
Strategic planning
Goal Orientation
Fluent in English communication.
