Production Supervisor

Glico Thailand is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) within our factory. This role is critical in optimizing production performance, enhancing equipment reliability, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence across a portfolio of more than 200 SKUs distributed to 14 countries.

The successful candidate will lead frontline production teams, champion TPM initiatives, eliminate losses through data-driven problem solving, and foster continuous improvement practices that improve productivity, reduce downtime, and strengthen overall manufacturing efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position plays a

key role

in delivering sustainable operational improvements while maintaining compliance with Glico's quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and safety targets.

• Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, inventory, etc.) and implement corrective actions.

• Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Quality, Maintenance).

• Coach and develop production operators to build capability and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Production, Food Science, or related fields.

• 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in food manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM tools and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
