Nurse Manager (Chinese Speaking)
atBumrungrad Hospital PCL- Facilitate, escort and being buddy for clients of a maternity program in each visits
- Coordinate with certain functions related to services those are in the program e.g. Vitallife Wellness center, Women Center and Pediatric Center
- Be able to give counseling regarding to preconception, fertility, pregnancy, birth, breast-- - feeding and post-partum matters and can be reached out by the clients when required
- Provide emotional support an act as an advocate in support of the clients
- Provide assistance to facilitate 'mom classes' in English especially nursing and non-medical techniques
- Background as midwife or doula is preferred, nurse who has experiences in having a baby is also valid
- Experience in customer service field is highly preferred
- Communication skills are fluent in Thai, English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to handle complaints and customer's confidentiality
- Leadership, analytical and decision making skills
