Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Capability Development
  • Develop and drive the company's Capability Development Strategy and Learning Roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Build critical capabilities to support business transformation in Circular Economy, Renewable Energy, Recycling, and Sustainability.
  • Conduct capability assessments, competency mapping, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Establish and maintain organization-wide competency frameworks.
  • Learning & Development Management
  • Develop and manage annual learning and capability development plans.
  • Design and implement learning, leadership, and workforce upskilling programs.
  • Lead AI and digital capability development initiatives to accelerate AI adoption.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through business impact and ROI measurements.
  • Training Operations & Execution
  • Develop business cases and proposals for capability development initiatives.
  • Manage training budgets, learning platforms, and external training partners.
  • Oversee the delivery of learning programs and facilitate key sessions when required.
  • Management Reporting
  • Establish KPIs and ROI measures for L&D investments.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management to support data-driven talent and learning decisions
  • Employee Engagement
  • Plan and implement engagement activities and internal communication programs.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate action plans.
  • Support recognition programs and company events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 7+ years HR experience, especially in training or talent development.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiar with HRIS/LMS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good command in English (TOEIC 730+ is required)
