Overseas Purchasing Officer
atSolartron PCLดำเนินการต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อ จัดหาและจัดซื้อ เปรียบเทียบราคาและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนการเจรจาต่อรองตกลง และจัดทำเอกสารการสั่งซื้อ จัดทำแผนการสั่งซื้อ
- ติดต่อประสานงานและดำเนินการต่าง ๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- ออกใบ P/O ดำเนินการด้านเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้า และส่งออก
- จัดทำบันทึกข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อ และสรุปผลการจัดซื้อ
- จัดทำคู่มือ และแผนการจัดซื้อในส่วนงานจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ
- ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในด้านการจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
- มีความขยันและ การสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
