Key responsibilities:

The role turns raw claims data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations that support data-driven decision-making and helps drive the team's shift from manual-based processing towards stronger claims analytics capability.

• Design, build and maintain recurring and ad hoc dashboards and Management Information (MI) reports on health claims covering volumes, benefit remaining turnaround time, loss ratios, leakage, and other KPIs.

• Extract, clean, consolidate and validate claims data from multiple source systems/databases to ensure accuracy and consistency of Reporting.

• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities across the claim's portfolio, and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations (PowerPoint/dashboards) for senior management, summarizing claims performance and transformation progress.

• Partner with all stakeholders to gather Reporting requirements and ensure reports meet business needs.

• Support the Health Claims Transformation initiative by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline Reporting processes (e.g. Power BI/Power Query, macros)

• Maintain documentation of report logic, data sources and definitions to ensure consistency, governance and continuity of Reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in Reporting, data management, data operation, data analytics or MI or a related data-intensive environment.

• Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, macros/VBA a plus).

• Hands-on experience with dashboarding/BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; SQL or database query skills preferred.

• Familiarity with Azure/cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics) to understand data architecture and access data for reporting and analysis is a plus

• Strong PowerPoint and data storytelling skills, with the ability to prepare clear, executive-ready presentations.

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work with both technical and business teams.

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and assistants to enhance productivity and reporting accuracy.

• Good command of business English (written and spoken); Thai language skills as needed for local stakeholders.
