Supervisor, Complex Inspection & PM Data Management

Responsibilities;
  • Ensure the readiness of master data and planning parameter
  • Ensure that Scheduling team will receive production order by the right quantity and on right time
  • Summarize data, manipulate Information and reporting provider
  • Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best capacity utilizing
  • Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in Master Planning, Scheduling, Production and Materials Management
  • Checking master data and planning parameter readiness before new sale order place that included BOM, Route, Item Coverage Group and Site Specific Order Setting
  • Update skill matrix list with Scheduling team and Production
  • After received new sale order, prepare the production order to Scheduling team within timeline and prepare the production order for fulfilling scrap.
  • Update report to Supervisor and Manager to analyzing – Capacity T&O overview report, Capacity analysis report, Inventory aging report and Safety stock report
  • Balancing demand under constraints capacity on both Machine and Man type. For example : Laser, Argon, Plastic in-house injection, Stamping, Engraving and glass blowing
  • Participates in change management committee
  • Periodically compares current and anticipated orders with available inventory and execute inventory control methods

Qualifications;
  • Bachelor or higher in Science, Engineer, Business Administration, Economics or related
  • At least 1-2 years experiences in Planning in manufacturing environment especially in jewelry industry
  • Good in communication, Teamwork, Negotiation, Leadership, Organization, Confident and Ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Dynamic AX, Excel, Access
  • Good command of English
  • Good Planning, Logical thinking and Prioritise skills
  • Good Presentation skill
