Senior Manager, Supply Chain Excellence
atPandora Production Co., Ltd.KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Drive strategic projects, create stakeholder buy-in, analyse data and performance, identify issues and proposed solutions using quantitative methods.
- Support Supply Chain with fact-based analysis and process insights.
- Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in Master Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics & Warehouse.
- Drive best practices across all functions and drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain across all sub-functions
KEY DUTIES:
- Sparring, information gathering and project management as well as helping to facilitate structures that allow for faster and more simple execution and organizational management
- Improve and monitor procedures, guidelines, and best practices in all areas across supply chain and collaborate with sub-function to update procedures and guidelines.
- Challenge status quo.
- Maintain and update best practices, tools and systems for all functions of supply chain – Master Planning, Scheduling, Materials Management, Logistics & Warehouse, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing.
- Develop sufficient expertise about process, policy and constraints across the areas of our Supply Chain to balance operational trade-offs and complexities.
- Successful project implementation.
