Job Description;

As a Business Process Excellence Director within the Pandora Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) programme, you will be responsible for driving business processes improvements, business priorities and technology innovation. You will partner with key stakeholders (Business & Technology) to initiate, scope, and drive strategically aligned global MOM platform and deliver a sustainable culture of improvement. You will be managing the Business Process Excellence team, ensuring that they are trained, capable and motivated to deliver results across the business domains.
You will champion the MOM strategy across business units and ensure that the business readiness is established for successful delivery. You will function as the connector between functional domains and ensure that we are always working on the things that creates value for our consumers, employees, and the business. This also includes delivery of our Crafting & Supply Strategy 2026 and the ambition of creating the SMART factory and Data-driven manufacturing.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
  • Provide leadership and direction for MOM (Front End / Finishing / Quality / Shopfloor Management / Warehouse Management / Maintenance) process tracks
  • Mentor and manage a dynamic team of Business Process Managers (BPM) and Experts (BPE) providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members
  • Lead, encourage and collaborate with Business & Technology teams to map, evaluate, design, and measure processes / solutions and deliver improvements that streamline activity, increase quality and efficiency, and represent best practices
  • Guide the teams evaluate business processes and identify where MOM out-of-the-box functionality can be utilized or where business process changes and / or system development is needed to achieve business objectives
  • Work on strategic tasks across various functions within the company to contribute to the overall performance and development of PANDORA manufacturing excellence
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and function as a trusted adviser across the business, namely within Production, Manufacturing Quality, Warehouse Management, Maintenance, Scheduling teams
  • Perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to program KPI's and present progress report to stakeholders
  • Promote stakeholder engagement rhythm to ensure engagement and alignment across teams to drive process outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end governance for complex processes across the business functions while driving a culture of governance
  • Anticipate risk and drive risk mitigation across a complex process lifecycle (e.g., design, execution, optimization, evaluation) that include overseeing, logging, and tracking risk for team. Provide thought leadership and build capabilities to ensure robust risk mitigation across business functions
  • Deliver process improvement that include optimizing, maintaining, and transforming current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness for team. Leverage feedback and gain buy in from others to make process decisions for improvement
  • Lead definition of end-to-end business processes anchoring to industry standards and best practices, identify opportunities and challenge existing processes, where appropriate
  • Establish a clear end-to-end view of expected business outcomes for MOM processes by leveraging data, research, and assessments
  • Contribute to change management efforts using broad understanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impact on stakeholders, data, tools, systems, policy, Return on Investment [ROI])
  • Consult closely with the Technology & Vendors resources and oversee the programme of work in conjunction with counterparts

What is needed to succeed;
  • 15+ years of manufacturing industry experience with Business / Technology transformation, process management, process execution, process optimization expertise
  • In-depth experience in end-to-end Manufacturing Operations processes preferably in luxury / fashion / jewellery industry
  • Innovative thinker who can demonstrate design thinking techniques to drive process design workshops and help solve complex business problems
  • Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead improvement' sessions with a range of business stakeholders (incl. experience of process / value stream mapping)
  • A 'completer-finisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
  • Operational business experience, ideally in business process design and implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management to ensure a holistic perspective is gathered and priorities is ensured
  • Ability to proactively seek out various opinions and effectively collaborate with others
  • Ability to harmonize and align people, business processes and systems with business strategy
  • Pragmatic in striking balance between short term gains and long-term strategic ambitions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to run effective meetings and drive results with large, diverse teams
  • Willing to support rollout across multiple sites and locations (Thailand & Vietnam) and travel to the different sites as required
  • Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications will be an advantage
  • Proficient level of English will be necessary
