- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชีการเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานตรวจสอบภายในอย่างน้อย 3 – 5 ปี หรือในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การประสานงานที่ดี
- หากมีประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพด้าน CIA/CPIAT จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอและเขียนรายการได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี
