Job Responsibilities

 Accounting

• To supervise the accounting team members to work effectively and efficiently.
• To review the accounting bookkeeping and financial statements which be maintained in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards.
• To ensure an accuracy and timeliness reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial report. Preparing and developing the budget forecasts
• Analyze financial statements and awareness in the potential weak areas.
• Design and implemental the proper accounting control and ensure these controls are sufficient, effective and in compliance with company policies.
• Contact with the Revenue Department in regards to all local tax and regulations and corporate income tax return
• Participate in process design/improvement activities for all aspects of ERP which relate to accounting functions
• Collaborate with external and internal auditor for information needed.
• Prepare all relevant documents and submit to authorities i.e. 56-1, annual report, forecast performance and filling to SET/SEC.

Budget

• Accountable for prepare and forecast the company annual budget.
• Preparing business plan for making the necessary update of the plan according to any changes in the business or the regulations which may affect forecasts.
• Act as an advisor to relevant departments in formulating their budget submissions
• Create a consolidated budget version for management approval
• Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree's or Master Degree’s in Accounting, CPA would be an advantage.
• 5-10 years experience in accounting with some managerial level in Hotel, Property and Real Estate Business is a plus.
• Strong in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Dynamic Axepta would be great advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English
