Senior Legal Officer
atSC Asset Corporation PCLหน้าที่งาน
• ตรวจสอบ ร่าง จัดเตรียมสัญญา และเอกสารทางกฎหมายภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ
• รับผิดชอบ จัดเตรียม และดูแล งานด้านการจดทะเบียนธุรกิจของบริษัท (งานด้าน corporate)
• รับผิดชอบงานด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัท
• ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย
• อื่นๆ ตามมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
• ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท ด้านนิติศาสตร์
• ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปี / ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ทำงานในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือ โรงแรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดีมาก
• ทัศนคติดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร มีบุคลิกภาพ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี (MS. Word, Excel, Power Point)
