คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายพื้นที่เช่าคลังสินค้า ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี
• มีทักษะการวางแผน การบริหารยอดขาย
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี ( หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ )
• สามารถทำงาน 6 วันได้ (เสาร์-อาทิตย์)

• Set up plan and meeting with top management of potential customers.
• Plan and visit potential customers for update and follow up project status and looking for business dealing
• Co-operate with all department head for business set up and growth
• Create business plan and sales strategy to match the company’s revenue target and profitability.
• Read and Guide all account Executive to ensure all the detail is conducted exactly.
• Conducting monthly review meeting to collect feedback and optimize action plans.
• Initiate and coordinate development and action plans to penetrate potential client.
