Role and Responsibilities

Risk Management

• Facilitate/support all business functions on risk management by Identifies Risk, Assesses Severity of Risk, Prioritizes Risks, Implements Risk Responses
• Provided guidance on new business/process requirement, policy and procedure to ensure appropriate Operational Risk mitigation and control are identified.
• Identified and followed up key risk indicator of each business unit on regular basis.
• Developed and reviewed risk management and related policies.

Data Preparation and Analysis

• Experience using data analytic and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytic, forecasting/predictive analytic, experimental design and optimization algorithms.
• Experience in data visualization tools.

Reporting and Communication

• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• Providing dashboard and reporting of current risk status to management and related risk committees.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics , Statistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management.
• Risk Management experience in property development or related would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good management skills, especially, multitasking and handle pressure.
• Good computer skills (prefer MS word, PowerPoint, excel, Power BI, Tableau
