Resales and Leasing Manager
atSC Asset Corporation PCLบริหารงานขายซ้ำ (Resales)
- ดูแลและวางกลยุทธ์การขายทรัพย์สินของลูกค้าเดิมหรือเจ้าของร่วมที่ต้องการขายต่อ
- ประสานงานระหว่างผู้ขาย (เจ้าของเดิม) และผู้ซื้อใหม่
- กำหนดราคาเสนอขายตามสภาพตลาด (Market Appraisal)
- จัดทำสื่อการขาย และโปรโมทผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ (เว็บไซต์, Social Media, Agent Network)
บริหารงานปล่อยเช่า (Leasing)
- วางกลยุทธ์การหาผู้เช่าสำหรับคอนโด/บ้านที่ลูกค้าต้องการปล่อยเช่า
- จัดทำสัญญาเช่าและตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขทางกฎหมาย
- ประสานงานกับทีม Facility และลูกค้าในการส่งมอบห้องให้พร้อมเข้าอยู่
- ติดตามค่าเช่าและการต่อสัญญา
วิเคราะห์ตลาดและทำรายงาน
- สำรวจแนวโน้มตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อปรับกลยุทธ์
- รายงานยอดขาย ยอดปล่อยเช่า และแนวโน้มให้ผู้บริหาร
บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า (Customer Relationship)
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเจ้าของห้อง นักลงทุน และผู้เช่า
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านการลงทุน การขายต่อ และการปล่อยเช่า
ดูแลทีมงานและเอเจนท์
- คัดเลือกและประสานงานกับเอเจนท์ขาย/ปล่อยเช่า
- โค้ชทีมขายให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริษัท
