- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ขึ้นไป ในการบริหาร และ ประสบการณ์ออกแบบอาคารสูง งานออกแบบภูมิสถาปัตย์
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCad , SketchUp ได้ดี
- ประสบการณ์งาน International Design
