Core Roles & Responsibilities
- ร่วมทำงานกับทีมการตลาดและทีมออกแบบด้านเทคโนโลยี เพื่อออกแบบ/สร้างสรรค์ ที่อยู่อาศัยต้นแบบรวมทั้งศึกษาวัสดุอุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับงานก่อสร้างใหม่ๆอย่างมีนวัตกรรม
- คิดสร้างสรรค์/ออกแบบ ในขัน้ ตอนกำหนดโจทย์(Programming Design) จัดทำแนวความคิดการออกแบบ จัดทำแบบร่าง ในขัน้ ตอนต่างๆ ( Design Mood & Tone, Schematic Design, Design Development, Final Preliminary) จัดทำเอกสาร/รายงานนำเสนอกับ Management Team
- มีทักษะ-เข้าใจกระบวนการทำงานวิจัยและสามารถทำงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม, พฤติกรรมผู้อยู่อาศัย, แนวโน้มการออกแบบ/การใช้ชีวิต(Living Lifestyle/Trend Design)
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานก่อสร้าง/ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องหน้างาน เพื่อจัดทำ/นำเสนอความคืบหน้าของโครงการ
- ทำงานในหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบ ได้ตามที่มอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5-10 ปี ในส่วนงานออกแบบ/พัฒนาแบบบ้าน/ที่อยู่อาศัย หรือในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- สามารถการใช้โปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานออกแบบได้ดี (MSOffice, AutoCAD, Photo Shop, Sketch Up) โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม Autocad/ Skecth Up สามารถใช้ได้คล่องและจบงานได้ด้วยตัวเอง
- มีความสนใจงานออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม-งานศิลปะที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์กล้าลงมือทำ/กล้าแสดงออก อย่างสร้างสรรค์/มีเหตุผล/ถูกกาละเทศะ
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอสื่อสารออกแบบได้ดี
- มีบุคลิกกระตือรือร้น และทำงานเชิงรุก (Pro‐active) ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในเวลาจำกัด
