• Create presentations, investor information releases, supporting documents and other communication materials to analysts and investors
• Prepare and disclose company information both periodic and non-periodic as required by SEC and SET
• Coordinate with public relations team to ensure consistency of company messages
• Coordinate and organize Board Meeting, company visit and other IR activities.
• Assist in responding to shareholder requests and enquirers
• Organize investor meetings, conferences, and quarterly analyst meetings to communicate the company's strategies and financial performance to analysts, fund managers, and investors
• Arrange and participate in in-bound and overseas roadshows with management teams
• Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with other related departments and develop database for investor relations function
• Oversees the production of annual reports, and SEC filings
• Conduct shareholder base analysis to deliver effective, targeted communication campaigns
• Manage the investor relations section on the company web site
• Monitor analyst reports and provide feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception and concerns of the company
• Prepare investor relations budget to support relevant activities
• Others as assigned

• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor's degree accounting or finance related fields
• At least 2 years of accounting/finance experience
• 2 years' experience in financial corporate field or Investor Relation, familiar with the SEC and SET regulations would be advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solving and financial analytical skills
• Pleasant personality, energetic, and good team player
