Key Account Manager (Fleet Solutions)

Where you fit in
You will be responsible for Shell Fleet Solutions' Key Accounts in your assigned areas. Manage, develop, and grow a selective portfolio of high-value customers (gold and platinum accounts) through face to face selling and strong negotiating skills, to deliver agreed margins and volumes.
The FBAM will cultivate partnership-based relationships with customers based on a clear understanding of a range of CVPs, and knowledge of customer needs in order to deliver maximum value for both Shell and the customer. In addition, the FBAM will be expected to contribute to our growth aspirations through significant focus on development of new business.

It is a role that requires exceptional skill and focus on customer portfolio/relationship management while leveraging opportunities with global companies in your market.
This is a role for someone with passion for customers and sales that want to help their customers to navigate through the energy transition.
It is a critical role with huge growth aspiration that will be managing customers of high strategic importance that are identified from the 6 global industry sectors.
You will:
- Ensure full adherence to Ethics & compliance and HSSE Shell standards.
- Develop and execute sales plans and key account plans to deliver year on year financial growth in your portfolio.
- Develop and maintain long term commercial relationships with key accounts, and external stakeholders.
- Be a role model in Sales 1st behaviors/methodology.
- Lead your customers through the energy transition and their de-carbonisation agenda.
- Interface with Customer Operations, Marketing, Mobility, New Energies and end to end partner functions (e.g., Credit), to ensure highest standard of service for your customers.
What we need from you?
We are keen to speak to professionals with the following:
- At least a Bachelor's degree, and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong commercial acumen, good analytical, high stakeholder & communication skills.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management.
- Fluent in both Thai and English communication and presentation skills including writing, speaking, and reading.
