Solution Engineer

INOX is looking for a skilled and proactive Presales professional to understand customer needs and design suitable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
This role works closely with Sales, customers, partners, vendors, and technical teams to design solutions, prepare proposals and bids, deliver presentations and PoCs, and provide technical support throughout the sales process to drive business opportunities and successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions, especially Open-Source-base solutions.
- Design solutions and prepare Architecture, BOM, SOW, and cost estimates.
- Prepare technical proposals and support RFP, RFQ, and TOR requirements.
- Present solutions and conduct technical demonstrations and PoCs for customers.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, partners, and vendors to support business opportunities and project success.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Engineering, or related IT roles.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, or related solutions.
- Experience in solution design, technical proposals, BOM, SOW, RFP/RFQ/TOR, presentations, or PoCs.
- Good communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work effectively with customers, Sales teams, technical teams, partners, and vendors.
- Relevant technical or vendor certifications are an advantage.
