Job Detail:
- Provide legal assistance and advice to the business and operational units across a variety of legal matters; e.g. technical regulations, advertising, tax, customs, HR.
- Draft, review, negotiate and manage all types of legal documents including group and non-group agreements, commercial agreements, property agreements, and legal binding documents.
- Optimize legal and business security/compliance: corporate documents, legal compliance documentation, preliminary authorization,compulsory standards, insurance policy.
- Manage and review legal matters handled by external counsels; i.e. litigation cases (pre- litigation, trial and/or transaction) and other legal issues.
- Increase business and operational units awareness of legal exposure through legal training and circulate documents/email.
Qualifications:
- Male-Female
- 2Age 28-40 years old.
- Bachelors degree or Master degree in Laws
- Experience 4-5 years in Legal and must have certificate litigation (มีใบอนุญาตว่าความฯ)
- Excellent knowledge of Legal function (Technical regulations, advertising, tax, customer, HR)
- Good relationship with team
- Good command of English and Excel (สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่สามารถติดต่อกับชาวต่างชาติได้)
