atBualuang Securities Co., Ltd.- จัดทำเอกสารรายการซื้อ ขาย หรือรายการอื่นใด ที่เกี่ยวกับการลงทุนพร้อมบันทึกเข้าระบบงาน
- จัดทำเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ จัดประเภทและปันส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับแต่ละกองทุนพร้อมบันทึกเข้าระบบงาน
- บันทึกราคามูลค่ายุติธรรมของหลักทรัพย์ พร้อมยืนยันตัวเลขมูลค่าทรัพย์สินสุทธิ และมูลค่าทรัพย์สินสุทธิต่อหน่วยของกองทุนกับทางผู้ดูแลผลประโยชน์ของกองทุน
- ดำเนินการนำส่งภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกองทุนให้กรมสรรพากรและจัดทำรายงานด้านภาษีอากร
- จัดทำงบการเงินของกองทุน รวมถึงรายงานต่างๆที่ต้องจัดส่งให้ลูกค้าและหน่วยงานภายนอก
- ประสานงานและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลให้แก่ผู้สอบบัญชีกองทุนดำเนินการตรวจสอบ และจัดทำงบให้ทันเวลาตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
- บันทึกรายการการเพิ่ม-ลดหน่วยของกองทุน โดยตรวจสอบขั้นตอนและข้อมูลต่างๆ เพื่อให้การบันทึกการเพิ่มลดหน่วยเป็นไปตามประกาศ กลต.
- งานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี สาขาการเงิน หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านปฏิบัติการกองทุน อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และพื้นฐานด้านบัญชี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS-Office ได้ในระดับดี
- หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Hiportfolio ได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีบุคลิกภาพ และมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีความคล่องตัวสูงและประสานงานได้ดี
