- Monitor signed quotations and sending of Purchase Orders (PO).
- Prepare Invoices for clients - Generate and send client invoices - communicate to clients on due dates.
- Vendor registration - register new clients based on each client requirements.
- Maintain up to date list of AR - Track outstanding invoices and monitor payment statuses.
- AR collection - Contact companies for outstanding invoices and collect any invoices due through direct calls & emails.
- Petty cash management - Maintain petty cash fund, record petty cash expenses and process payments.
- Office procurement - Occassionally purchase office supplies and equipment.
- Execute Supplier payments - Process approved payments to suppliers and update payment records.
- Analysis of company monthly spending - Analyze monthly expenses, prepare detailed spending reports and present to Management and Head of Finance.
- Collect, organize and send all invoices for external accounting - organize documentation and coordinate with external accounting team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.
- Strong communication skills, good command of English is preferred.
