Job Description

1.Responsibility：Lazada Thailand Tab 2 Fashion Channel Operations, responsible for daily product operation , user operation, and organize activities of the fashion. Targeting user and order growth.

2. Strong sensitivity and user insight ability in fashion categories (women's clothing, bags, etc.), develop channel product planning based on the preferences of Thailand users, and improve channel conversion efficiency by product operation.

3. User operation: By analyzing user behavior, profiles,etc.develop effective user growth plan, increase DAU and buyers in channel.

4. Based on the preferences of Thailand users, making marketing activities plan and implementation of the activities by following seasonal and trend planning, in order to increase orders.

Job Requirements

1.University graduate with fluent English speaking and writing skills.

2.Proven experience in e-commerce business with a preference for women fashion industry expertise.

3.Strong user-centric mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and pain points through various methods.

4.Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

5.Experience on user operations, user growth and understanding product operation is a plus.

6.Strong project management background
