A Day in the Life
As an Assistant Key Account Manager for the Clinics Channel in our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding our footprint in the medical and healthcare sector. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you'll lead a team of six DKSH sales professionals and collaborate closely with the medical detailing team to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving Sales & Distribution: Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and expand distribution in both existing and new accounts.
- P&L and Budget Management: Oversee the profitability and budget of the medical channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to drive brand advocacy and loyalty.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the evolving healthcare landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Distributor Management: Deploy and drive sales through the distributor team, ensuring effective execution of plans and targets.
- Collaboration with Medical Detailing Team: Work closely with the medical detailing team to drive sell-out and uncover new business opportunities.

We Are Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a strong background in Medical, Pharma, or Science and experience working with distributors.
- Are skilled in Medical O+O Engagement, Sales-Driven Strategies, Budget Management, and Stakeholder Management.
- Are a natural relationship builder with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Have a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and seizing new opportunities.
