Employee Engagement Strategy and Survey
- Develop, implement, and continually refine a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and execute initiatives to boost morale, teamwork, and overall job satisfaction
Employee Experience Enhancement
- Evaluate the employee life cycle to identify opportunities for improving the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements in onboarding, training, and career development programs.
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration or related fields.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint / MS. Office
- Good Mindset is A Plus
