- ให้บริการและช่วยเหลือชาวไร่ในการปลูกอ้อย
- เสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ เป้าหมาย นโยบาย กลยุทธ์และวิธี
- ปฏิบัติในการจัดหาอ้อยจากบริเวณพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบมีความเป็นผู้นำ
- จัดทำแผนงานและดำเนินการตามแผนที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. / ป.ตรี สาขาเกษตรศาสตร์
- มีคะแนน สอบ Toeic 350 คะแนน
- ทักษะการประสานงาน และ มีภาวะผู้นำ
- มีรถจักรยานยนต์, ใบขับขี่, พรบ. และทะเบียนรถ
- หากจบสาขาเกษตร(พืชไร่) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
