atMitr Phol Sugar Corp., Ltd.- ศึกษา, วิเคราะห์โอกาส ประเมินผลตอบแทนจากการพัฒนาโครงการลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลการศึกษาโครงการลงทุน พร้อมนำเสนออนุมัติ
- วางแผนภาพรวมโครงการทั้งแผนการพัฒนา การดำเนินงาน
- ควบคุมการดำเนินงาน พัฒนาการก่อสร้าง ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาโครงการลงทุน เช่น กรมที่ดิน, เทศบาล, การขอใบอนุญาตก่อนสร้างอาคาร / สิ่งปลูกสร้าง, ขอไฟฟ้า/น้ำประปา/โทรศัพท์, การขอใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโรงแรม, BOI ขอส่งเสริมการลงทุน เป็นต้น
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ร่วมลงทุน, ลูกค้าผู้เช่าพื้นที่, ผู้รับเหมาโครงการ และหน่วยงานภายในองค์กร เพื่อพัฒนาโครงการให้สำเร็จลุล่วง
- ติดตามสถานการณ์ธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทั้งในประเทศและปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบเกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการลงทุน
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี / โท สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ, บริหารการจัดการ, พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือ MBA
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในด้านการบริหาร / พัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ / อาคารสำนักงาน / ศูนย์การค้า / โรงแรม / ศูนย์ประชุม
- สามารถอ่านและเข้าใจ แบบแปลน / ผังอาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง ระบบสาธารณูปโภค และเข้าใจ พรบ.ควบคุมอาคาร
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- มีทักษะการประสานงานทั้งกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก
- สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงภายในเวลาที่จำกัด
- สามารถทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เสร็จสิ้นตามกำหนดเวลา
