Commercial Engineer - Key roles & responsibilities :

To be coordinator between company and customer follow sales plan.

To be representative of company to support customer requests. (Quality, Delivery, Cost and New Project)

To plan and solve a problem or complain from customer.

To summarize the customer requirement in order to discuss with other Division.

Ensure that the job operation can be support customer's satisfaction.

Project Engineer - Key roles & responsibilities :

Control and manage in New Project since kick off till delivery to Production in order to manufacture as plan and customer require.

Set organization, management, monitoring, evaluation including develop working process and quality in department to get efficiency and effectiveness of company compliance.

Manage the resource in team effectively.

Lead team to overcome technical challenges and to deliver new products to aggressive time lines.

Part Design Engineer - Key roles & responsibilities :

To create the basic design parts in accordance to new model conceptual design by CATIA or NX.

Be part of the team to design and develop product according to company procedures and agreement with customer.

Perform R&D jobs day to day, break down and project jobs to reach department goals.

Final improve product design to meet customer requirement.

Preparation topic test requirement.

Make document and engineering report R&D project

Quality Assurance Engineer - Key roles & responsibilities :

Monitor product quality during new project launches in accordance with the product quality planning and review process, including inspection requirements, testing, measuring equipment, and quality standards for pilot and mass production.

Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and applicable standards.

Analyze root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues arising within the production process or reported by customers.

Summarize analysis results, corrective actions, and preventive measures, and report them to supervisors and/or customers.

Prepare monthly quality reports, including internal quality issues and customer claims.

Review and update quality inspection documents in accordance with engineering changes (Engineering Change Management).

Evaluate and authorize production stoppage and quarantine of suspected nonconforming products and/or products that do not meet customer quality requirements.

Qualification

Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Tool Engineering or related fields.

At least 0-3 years' experience in handle New Model Project, Quality Project, Tool Engineer or related fields .

Good command of both written and spoken English. (Toeic Score > 450 or equal)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
