Creative Graphic Designer

Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)

• Translate minimal or high-level briefs into strong, original creative concepts and visual directions independently.
• Create visually compelling, on-brand designs across key visuals, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Take ownership of the creative process — from idea development to final execution.
• Refine, adapt, or enhance copy to ensure it works seamlessly with the visual concept (not just place text into layout).
• Proactively propose creative ideas and visual approaches that elevate campaign impact.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends, cultural movements, and creative tools — and apply them thoughtfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external creatives to bring ideas to life.
• Confidently present creative concepts, articulate your thinking, and iterate based on feedback.

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Strong expertise in key visual design and social media communication as a primary responsibility.
• Ability to translate textual concepts into compelling visuals.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), AI-Generated Art and automated design tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• A deep passion for design and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend your design choices effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
