Job Description
- Develop and maintain automated testing tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, or other relevant automation tools.
- Configure test script in automate testing tools to record step-by-step data inputs for testing systems that require repeated data inputs by using the program instead of manual method.
- Continuously explore and implement new automation tools and techniques to enhance test coverage and improve testing efficiency.
- Establish and verify set of test cases & scripts to ensure that all requested functionalities are met scope of work (SOW) and security standard.
- Execute test cases & scripts, analyze result, identify issues, and keep issue/defect logging in a timely manner.
- Train and support users during the User Acceptance Test (UAT) including identify issue/defect severity.
- Collaborate with user, developer and IT Support for troubleshooting issue and defect fixing to successfully resolve various issues according to the system implementation schedule.
- Prepare UAT sign-off document to accept the result of testing and system readiness for implementation. Follow up UAT sign-off document and user privilege request form to confirm production implementation.
- Suggest how to increase system efficiency from various and international system testing experiences to make the developed system flexible to support future changes and secure.
- Participate in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to computer system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems or related fields.
- At least 5 years working experience in information technology area; 3 years of experience in software Quality Assurance and automate testing tools.
- Good knowledge of information systems technology as well as understanding of developing strategic information requirements.
- Understanding of IT architecture and development best practices.
- Good listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with user to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
- Understand financial industry or asset management business is preferable.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
