Job Description
  • Develop and maintain automated testing tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, or other relevant automation tools.
  • Configure test script in automate testing tools to record step-by-step data inputs for testing systems that require repeated data inputs by using the program instead of manual method.
  • Continuously explore and implement new automation tools and techniques to enhance test coverage and improve testing efficiency.
  • Establish and verify set of test cases & scripts to ensure that all requested functionalities are met scope of work (SOW) and security standard.
  • Execute test cases & scripts, analyze result, identify issues, and keep issue/defect logging in a timely manner.
  • Train and support users during the User Acceptance Test (UAT) including identify issue/defect severity.
  • Collaborate with user, developer and IT Support for troubleshooting issue and defect fixing to successfully resolve various issues according to the system implementation schedule.
  • Prepare UAT sign-off document to accept the result of testing and system readiness for implementation. Follow up UAT sign-off document and user privilege request form to confirm production implementation.
  • Suggest how to increase system efficiency from various and international system testing experiences to make the developed system flexible to support future changes and secure.
  • Participate in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to computer system.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems or related fields.
  • At least 5 years working experience in information technology area; 3 years of experience in software Quality Assurance and automate testing tools.
  • Good knowledge of information systems technology as well as understanding of developing strategic information requirements.
  • Understanding of IT architecture and development best practices.
  • Good listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with user to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
  • Understand financial industry or asset management business is preferable.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
