Internal Communication:

Develop and deliver engaging internal communication strategies that align with company values goals.

Create engaging and informative content such as newsletters, announcements, internal campaigns, leadership updates, and intranet posts.

Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective communication of company news, changes, and initiatives.

Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts through feedback, surveys, and analytics, and recommend improvements.

Employee Activities & Engagement:

Plan, organize, and execute overall internal employee events and activities, including Town Hall, Team-Building, Wellness programs, and Cultural Celebrations

Coordinate related logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement for all internal activities and events.

Support the design and implementation of employee engagement strategies to build a positive workplace culture and increase employee morale.

Collect feedback from employees and use data-driven insights to improve future programs and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of working experience. Preferred in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communicate and Events.

Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai, with English Proficiency is a plus

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and solid project management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Excellent interpersonal skills with genuine passion for fostering employee connections.

Experienced with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Canva, or email platforms is a plus.
