• End-to-end ownership of products and services to serve wealth management business through digital platform.

• Understand and analyze the demand of the market, users, technology, and industry trends to align with product and platform roadmap.

• Conduct the workplan and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve development within timeline.

• Create and design user journey and functional specifications clearly to development team.

• Prioritize and maintain product backlog to balance needs of stakeholders and business users and ensure user experience improvement altogether with the company's strategy.

• Prepare test case, manage, and execute user acceptance test related to business users to ensure quality of platform deployment.

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project delivery.

• Execute a go-to-market plan and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch.

• Collaborate with support team to investigate and solve platform issues.
