Position: VP-Senior Officer Marketing Activation (งาน Sustainability)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Risk, Credit, and Business teams to embed financed emissions and climate risk considerations into underwriting standards, sector policies, and client screening processes.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of financed emissions methodology across lending and investment portfolios in alignment with Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF).
  3. Conduct portfolio carbon hotspot analysis to identify high-emission sectors, transition risks, and priority engagement segments
  4. Develop and monitor sector-level glidepaths, KPIs, and transition metrics to track alignment of the portfolio with long-term decarbonization targets (e.g., Net Zero 2050/2065 commitments).
  5. Integrateclimate-related risks (physical and transition risks) into credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring frameworks, leveraging climate scenario analysis such as those from Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS).
  6. Support the design and implementation of portfolio transition plans, including engagement strategies for high-emitting counterparties and identification of transition finance opportunities.
  7. Prepare financed emissions disclosures and climate-related portfolio reporting in accordance with frameworks such as Task Force on Climate- related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)and regulatory expectations.
  8. Provide strategic insights to senior management on portfolio resilience, carbon intensity trends, capital allocation implications, and emerging climate-related regulatory developments.
  9. Develop internal dashboards and data governance processes to enhance transparency, data quality, and audit readiness of portfolio emissions data, including coordination with third- party assurance providers.


Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Risk, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Management, Climate Risk, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of carbon accounting methodologies, financed emissions calculation, and portfolio alignment approaches.
  • Understanding of sustainable finance frameworks, green taxonomy, and transition finance principles.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret climate and financial data.
  • Experience working with international frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, CDP, or DJSI.
  • Experience in climate risk integration, scenario analysis, or sustainable finance is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in large corporations, listed companies, financial institutions, or multinational organizations is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
