Position: Senior Associate / Associate Director (Digital Strategy and Platform)

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market, competitor, and ecosystem analyses to identify new business opportunities and enable informed strategic decision-making.
2. Formulate business strategies for new initiatives and translate them into actionable plans - from ideation to development and execution.
3. Develop and drive the overall digital platform strategy, defining strategic priorities and growth initiatives to increase platform adoption, usage, and revenue.
4. Identify and evaluate new monetization models, ecosystem expansion opportunities, partnerships, and strategic growth levers for the digital platform.
5. Drive data-driven digital marketing strategies, leveraging customer insights, segmentation, personalization, funnel analysis, and experimentation to improve customer experience, acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and ROI.
6. Collaborate closely with Product, IT, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Business Analysis, Product Management, Growth, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and presentation skills, with solid business acumen.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and fast-learning, with the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
