Roles and Responsibilities

1. New Product Development: Identify and analyze customer needs, market opportunities, and business requirements to develop new credit products and services. Develop business proposals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive initiatives from concept through approval and implementation.

2. Project & System Development: Lead cross-functional projects for credit products and services from planning through implementation. Define business requirements and coordinate with IT and relevant stakeholders on system development, UAT, operational procedures, and readiness activities. Ensure that system functionality, business processes, and supporting operations are aligned with business requirements and product objectives.

3. Credit Process Improvement: Review, analyze, and optimize end-to-end credit processes to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, reduce processing time and duplication, and mitigate operational risks. Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, develop practical solutions, and drive implementation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

4. Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Prepare business cases, proposals, and management presentations to support decision-making and obtain approval from relevant committees. Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across business, risk, operations, IT, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective implementation, and successful delivery of initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

• Knowledge and experience in product development, business analysis, product planning, project management, process improvement, or related areas.

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a good understanding of banking products, services, and business processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and provide constructive consultation to stakeholders.

• Good command of written and spoken English
