Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from business users and stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and discussions to understand business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and specification documents.
• Collaborate with Business Users, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Vendors to design appropriate solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between current and target business processes.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Coordinate with related teams to understand business processes, data requirements, integrations, and operational impacts.
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and proactively recommend solutions.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and properly understood by all project stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Lending Business will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and system implementation lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and structured requirement documents.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, development teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Powerpoint, Visio, or similar tools will be an advantage.
