  • Responsible for leading the continuous process improvement and optimizing the existing processes for sustainable positive business growth.
  • Identifying areas of weakness or issues related to overall performance, productivity and workflow, by delivering high quality of analysis to provide recommendation for improvement or initiatives.
  • Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while also achieving a cost reduction goal.
  • Analyze and participate in all aspects of the end-to-end strategic process to support business initiatives and opportunities by considering customer satisfaction through digital automation.
  • Provide management with project status updates, feedbacks, and any appropriate reporting.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in MBA, Operational Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of relevant working experience in process improvement and customer service strategy.
  • Having banking background and project management are a plus.
  • Maturity and ability to interact responsively and tactfully with staff at all levels.
  • Good in strategic thinking and decision making
