1. Transition Plan Execution - Support implementation and tracking of the Transition Plan, including data collection and reporting on financed emissions for all sectors. Synchronize with business units to ensure sustainability targets are embedded in operations.


2. Methodology & Metrics - Develop and maintain methodologies, assumptions, and processes for calculating climate metrics.


Prepare reports and dashboards for absolute and intensity emissions, using industry-specific factors.


3. Scenario Analysis & Integration - Conduct climate scenario analysis and support integration of Scope 3 emissions into business segments.


Collaborate with the E&C Risk Working Group to align risk and sustainability frameworks.


4. Collaboration & Innovation Support - Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions across industries and internal teams.


Support ideation and feasibility studies for new sustainable products and ESG innovations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sustainability strategy, ESG management, or corporate environmental programs.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Net Zero or carbon reduction roadmaps.

  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., TCFD, GRI, SASB, SBTi, CDP).

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and subsidiaries in large organizations.
  • Experience in engaging with government agencies, regulators, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
