Mass Payment Product Solution

- Responsible for business target e.g. revenue, number of merchant, payment volume, etc.
- Delivery of best-in-class Client Service to strategic Financial and Non-Bank Financial clients
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with client needs and company vision
- Develop relationship and coordinate with strategic partnership in AEC such e-Money providers , non-Bank.
- Constantly enhancing processes for better services of merchant team in handling new merchant on-boarding, merchant transactions, and merchant supports along with other related forms for merchants.
- Understanding merchant business portfolio and deriving insights through regular review and analyzing of reports and monitoring of product performance.
- Responsible for the successful execution of assigned product developments, process improvements, and to develop new products and solutions in line with agreed business requirements to drive product revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction (now we focus on Payment product)
- Provide market intelligence including competitors’ information, customer needs, channel and sales model developments
- Follow the Product Life Cycle methodology to ensure successful system implementation with minimal issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Operations and IT to solve customer problems and to ensure assigned product run smoothly
- Coordinate with related parties both internal and external to develop new solutions or improve on existing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degrees in business administration or related fields
- At least 3-5 years experience in Mass Payment product solution preferably
- Good command in English
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; e.g. excel, word, Powerpoint, etc.
