Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist (Manager)
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist (Manager) to lead the monitoring and observability strategy for our next-generation Core Banking platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability across enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise infrastructure monitoring and observability initiatives.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions for servers, networks, databases, applications, and cloud platforms.
Manage monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty, or similar.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and proactive alerting to improve system performance.
Automate monitoring and operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Vendor teams to deliver reliable IT services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Infrastructure, System Administration, or Enterprise Monitoring.
Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, Cloud (AWS/Azure), OpenShift/Kubernetes, and infrastructure architecture.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and automation tools.
Good understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
