Head of Provincial Branch Audit Section
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)- Direct the branch internal audit section to departmental mandate and annual goals are met with high quality of audit works and professional standard at all time.
- Implement and supervise the audit plan by managing leading, execution and reporting of risk-based internal audit to deliver agreed assurance objectives
- Define the methodological evolutions and tools needed to establish standard audit methodology by sharing the best practice
- Coordinate with relevant parties for issues solutions to improve work process apart from correction.
- Develop and revise the audit program /Audit guideline to be up to date with the current situation and corresponding with the Bank's policies, Group's policies and regulator's requirement
- Track and escalate, where appropriate, significant issues and audit findings that remain unresolved together with constructive recommendation.
- Assist the Head of Branch Audit Department to ensure accurate and timely management reporting being provided.
- Prepare high quality monthly and quarter audit issues summary report on timely manner
- Maintain effective relationship with internal & external relevant and provide information/assistance to management as required.
- Provide non-assurance services to business units where required, through participation on advisory engagements/fraud investigation/special project.
- Knowledge sharing with team members to guide and assist in their development.
- Strengthen and structure Branch Audit section by participating in the recruitment of auditors and their skills improvement and performance appraisals
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business Admin or related field
- Have knowledge in Audit, Banking industry
- More than 5 years for management experience.
