• Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Develop, test, and maintain to automate tasks and processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of operational data through automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on automation tools.
• Monitor the performance of automated processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Document process improvements and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
