(1) Management Information (MI) & Reporting
• Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of MI and reporting for internal stakeholders and global FCC functions (GFCD).
• Ensure reports provide actionable insights to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
(2) Data-Driven Investigations
• Support complex investigations by leveraging advanced data analytics and visualization techniques.
• Collaborate with FCC teams to identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging risks through data-driven insights.
(3) Risk Analysis & Emerging Typologies
• Perform in-depth risk analysis on new and evolving financial crime typologies.
• Develop analytical models and dashboards to monitor and predict risk trends.
(4) Realize Data‑Driven FCC Operation
• Drive the transition toward data‑driven operational models across FCC functions.
• Introduce analytical processes and tools that enhance efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of FCC activities.
(5) Leverage AI to Improve Productivity
• Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions to automate routine tasks, improve detection accuracy, and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders (GFCD) to explore advanced AI use cases for FCC.
(6) FCC Data Governance
• Establish and maintain robust FCC data governance frameworks aligned with enterprise-wide data governance standards.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
(7) Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison between FCC Division, IT, and global teams for data-related initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and analytics capabilities.
(8) Others
• Lead and mentor the FCC Data & Analytics team to ensure effective and efficient execution of responsibilities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields

• Advanced degree or data analytics certifications are an advantage

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in data analytics, MI reporting, or risk analysis in banking/financial services

• Knowledge of FCC-related data requirements and regulatory reporting

• Experience supporting investigations through data analytics

• Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)

• Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver actionable insights

• Understanding of financial crime risks and compliance expectations

• Ability to lead data projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Excellent English communication, leadership, integrity, and proactive mindset
