Job Description


1. Check and count vehicle registration book from Support Unit send to store in strong room


2. Confirm to receive vehicle registration book that has barcode sticker in custodian system and store in strong room, sorting by branch and contract number on the shelf


3. Withdraw vehicle registration book as borrow request in system by authorized person and confirm the borrow in custodian system before delivering to borrower


4. Withdraw vehicle registration book from shelf and copy of hire-purchase contract as listed in requisition for ownership transfer or other services which printed from system and confirm the withdrawal of each contract number in custodian system


5. Withdraw vehicle registration book from shelf as listed in requisition for annual road tax renewal which printed from system and confirm the withdrawal of each contract number in custodian system


6. Filling vehicle registration book on the shelf when borrower returned to Custodian and acknowledge returned vehicle registration book in custodian system


7. Scan vehicle registration book as copy and update to iECM system


8. Verify authorized approver for requisition of copy vehicle registration book before giving copy


9. Print the borrowing report on monthly basis from system and send to borrowers via email to remind for return vehicle registration book


10. Perform annual counts and check of physical vehicle registration book and finish counting properly as plan

Qualfication

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Operations Auto Hire Purchase and loan
  • Knowledge in Custodian, collateral, Operational Process,
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet the deadline efficiently
  • Be able to deliver the task and get job done with minimum supervision
  • Computer knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word), E-mail and Internet,
  • Self-motivated, high responsibility, high team spirit and positive attitude
  • Problem solving abilities and proactive
