Job Description:

- Manage and enhance Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / OpenShift) to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.

- Collaborate closely with Developers and Security teams to build systems aligned with strict security and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO27001).

- Deploy and maintain Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, LGTM Stack, Dynatrace, etc.

- Perform incident analysis and assist in resolving production issues and system anomalies.

- Support the team’s DevSecOps initiatives to enhance overall system security, automation, and reliability.

Qualifications:

General Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.

- Open to fresh graduates or candidates passionate about Cloud, DevOps, or Security.

- Fundamental understanding of Linux, Networking, Databases, and Cloud Computing.

Technical Skills (one or more of the following)

- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift

- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

- CI/CD Tools: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD

- IaC / Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Python / Bash scripting

- Monitoring / Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, LGTM Stack, Dynatrace

- Security Awareness: Basic understanding of Secret Management, IAM, TLS, Firewall, and Compliance frameworks

Soft Skills

- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with Dev / QA / Security teams.

- Positive attitude and passion for growing in the DevOps & Infrastructure field.
