Job Scope: Build hands-on experience in business development and client relationship management across Small and Medium Business segments, together with exposure to credit analysis and deal execution. ARM-S focuses on warming potential BB/Small leads and offering assigned products, while ARM-M focuses on client visit preparation and identifying cross-selling, up-selling, and business opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, portfolio-related activities, reporting, and documentation, building readiness for future RM roles in Small Segment and Medium Segment.

Qualification:

•New graduates or experience less than 1 years are welcome.

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Statistics and related field with

minimum GPA 3.00

•interest in financial products, financial advisory, and credit analysis.

•Good communication and presentation skills with confidence in interacting with internal customers.

•Service-minded, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced banking environment

•Able to communicate in English. (Preferable).
