- Edit video content in alignment with the organization’s creative direction, brand guidelines, and communication objectives.
- Produce both long-form and short-form video formats optimized for key platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop and propose innovative content ideas that enhance social media engagement.
- Apply effective storytelling techniques and incorporate appropriate effects, transitions, subtitles, and quality enhancements to meet production standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the Social Media and Marketing teams to create video content that aligns with audience needs and brand positioning.
- Monitor and stay informed of relevant local and global industry trends to strengthen video production quality and relevance.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed in accordance with project plans, production schedules, and organizational timelines.
Job Qualifications (1.Editor)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Digital Media, Film, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in video editing or content production.
- Strong proficiency in video editing, with the ability to deliver consistent and high-quality output.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and CapCut.
- Highly creative, with strong problem-solving abilities and openness to new ideas and production approaches.
- Responsible, adaptable, and able to work with a positive and professional attitude.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
- Actively keeps up with digital and social media trends and applies them appropriately to enhance content quality.
Experience in the retail sector or previous work with TikTok, YouTube, or motion graphics will be considered an advantage.
Job Description (Copywriter)
Hard Skills
- Strong understanding of communication across major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), with the ability to monitor and interpret emerging digital trends.
- Capable of developing clear and structured storyboards, scripts, and briefs to ensure alignment and effective communication with internal teams.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) at a level that enables seamless collaboration with design and production teams.
- Solid understanding of Consumer Journey and Marketing Funnel to support strategic communication planning.
- Ability to coordinate efficiently with production teams, design teams, brand teams, and external suppliers in a professional manner.
- Experience with Social Listening tools is an advantage.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO and website content development—including keyword usage, meta descriptions, and content structuring—will be considered a plus.
