Job Description

1. Supervise and monitor appropriate production methods and processes.

2. Verify production methods and processes to ensure they are appropriate and comply with the regulations and standards of various systems.

3. Verify daily production records to ensure compliance with the production standards for each product, as well as monitor any changes in production variables that could affect product quality, yield, and production time.

4. Train employees and supervise their work.

5. Inspect machinery and production systems for proper operation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree (Chemical Engineer /Polymers Engineer or related field)

2. Experience : Have at least 2 -5 years of experience working in a resin or chemical manufacturing plant or related field at the supervisory level and have at least 20 Operator production subordinates.

3. Able to work shifts

4. Knowledge of Production Process In the Resin/Polymers/Chemical Production systems.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, leadership, responsibility, and coordination with other departments.

6. This position is based at TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Head Office. Working hours: 5.5 days / Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday and Sunday off.
